jake quickly grabbed a hold of tam feeling that she would pass out. " hey calm down don't get to worked up." jake looked over at delilah then flashed his fangs " i'll guarantee her safety because if you try anything you'll be answering to me."

Delilah's expression went emotionless as she watched Tam get pale and about to pass out. Aw, it wouldn't be fun if she would sleep now! The demon enjoyed playing with other people's minds and such...they were just so easy to manipulate.
"Pull yourself together, damn it. You're stronger than that."
Thought the blue haired girl would never admit it, she cared about her friends and Tam was one of them. Delilah would never say that she really cared about anyone in this world, but it was the truth and thought she liked playing with others she would never hurt her beloved ones. That was a simple fact, not even the demon could deny.

"Don't touch me!!!" the small girl pushed Jake away from her with the strongest force she had, not caring if she hurt him. She could barely hear the outside world, but she saw Delilah's lips form the word 'stronger'. You're right, the fairy thought of her own accord. I am stronger. Tam held her head, trying to push the voices away as Dizzy had instructed so many times. She looked between them, her forehead filling with sweat from the strain of trying to push the voices into the darkness of her mind. "I-I am strong!!" she managed to stutter.

jake stumbled backwards barely avoiding being pierced by a thick branch. " hey calm down, geez i was only helping." jake brushed himself off and sighed. "yeah you are strong but that doesn't mean you need to push people away. fuck, could've killed me."

Delilah turned her head and watched Tam push Jake away. "Haa...so stubborn~", she muttered to herself. She made a few steps towards the red haired girl and just waited, staring at her like she was some kind of attraction. As the student managed to push those voices away, Delilah stepped next to her and whispered in her ear: "Yes, you are. Now show them that strength!"
The demon couldn't help it...she liked her friends. She would never ever admit it, but there were actually people who were liked by the girl. How funny, that was just so ironic~! Looking over to Jake, the grin on her face disappeared and she hissed at him, saying: "Stop bitching around! Can't you see she's trying to..."
Wait...was she really defending someone right now? God...that can't be! Walking away a few steps the blue haired girl burst out laughing. "What am I doing?! You're all weaker than I am! Hahahahaha!" Now she was really losing it... <i>You're losing it again...stop now</i>, she thought shutting up and walking back to Tam. "So...how's it going?"

Tam shook her head violently, managing to make the demons of her mind quieten a bit. Her hands went to her sides limply like they always did after she had been tortured by her own mind. "I don't know what's happening to me," she mumbled to no one in particular, maybe to herself. Instead of dwelling on it, her head went high and the red hair in her eyes fell around her face in straight lines, unlike Dizzy's, which fell in slight curls. She looked around at Jake a branch, not making the connection and at Delilah coming towards her. "How's it going?" she repeated blankly. "Did you really just ask that?"

jake walked closer to tam and held her steady. "hey calm down you can't hurt anyone let alone protect yourself if your not calm." jake kept his grip on her just to stop her from possibly falling."maybe you should sit down for a second."
