jake sat up then used his arm to brace himself so he could stand up. " no oddly i feel fine, like some one was looking out for me." he looked at dizzy then smiled." but thanks for caring." he weakly walked over to tam and pulled against him in a hug. " thank you for calling for me." he got close to her ear and whispered in it. "just in case you didn't hear me the first time, you won't die before me because i won't ever let you die." he let her go and turned towards the last hunter. " i think you should run as fast as you can, or my friends might have some words with you." jake sat down on the ground so dizzy could look at his wounds.
the hunter being stupid grabbed a stake and walked towards jake with it, he wanted to prove he was brave. jake simply had a smile on his face and his trust in tam and dizzy.

The older twin sighed in relief. "Thank heavens, I was so worried!!"
Tam's eyes widened as she received the hug. Calling him? she thought curiously. Did he mean when I called him a dumbass? Meanwhile, Dizzy was already starting to treat his wounds.
"Hey Tam," she said. "Can you turn the blood into ingredients for me?"
"No problem," the fairy replied. "One thing first . . ." Her attention turned to the hunter. She stood up slowly and smirked as she folded her arms, saying cockily. "Please, a stake? Honey, I'm not a vampire, that thing won't kill me. Oh, and just to let you know, I could take you. While I have no weapon." She laughed almost demonicly. "I could probably take you with my hands tied behind my back!! Want to test that?"
"Jake," Dizzy whispered. "Be ready to run. Did you hear her laugh? That means she's about to go psycho on us. Even without her weapon, she'll try to hurt him, and she could do some serious damage to us if we don't get out of here. If he's a good hunter, he could probably beat her with some cheap moves. Not as in beat her as in kill her, but he could probably grab her or something, but that's the perfect time for him to kill her. But don't worry about her, she once stabbed herself and still had the energy to drag herself half way across the Academy to her guitar. Just a warning."

jake started laughing. "Sorry dizzy but i'm not going anywhere." if it comes down to it i'll be there to stop tam." a sincere smile grew on his face." she means as much to me as she does to you. i won't let her lose herself."

Tam laughed again in the same way. "Hey, you got some rope or something?! Coz I'm gonna tie my hands behind my back to show how strong I am!! I'm gonna show how I can beat you!!"
"Jake, you don't understand," Dizzy's whispering was more frantic now. "She gets really bad. Really bad. Please, just prepare yourself to run."

jake looked a dizzy deep in her eye and spoke sincere. " you can leave if you want but i'm not going anywhere, i'm gonna be here for tam no matter what happens and you should to."

"Jake, don't be stupid," Dizzy plainly said. "You've got to come with me anyway because I've got to heal you. You wouldn't want to get more beat up by Tam, would you?"
As she said that, Tam laughed more, directed at the hunter. "You're a shy little thing, aren't you? Go on, attack me, I dare you!!"

" dizzy i'm not going anywhere call me stupid or crazy, but i love your sister and i'm not gonna leave her." jake forced himself to stand up and walked over to tam, placing his hand on her shoulder flashing his fangs. " lets teach this guy a lesson he won't forget."
the hunter being stupid and scared ran towards tam and jake.

Tam wasted no time. Her hand went to her dagger and she swiftly stabbed Jake's stomach and pushed him to the floor so he was out of danger. She then kicked the hunter in the stomach and punched his face hard.
Dizzy caught Jake before he could hit the floor. "Jake, you should have listened to me!!"

jake pulled out the dagger and threw it to the ground, with an akward smile he stood back up and walked over to tam again. " gonna have to do better then that to get me to back off."

the hunter fell to the ground rolling around in agony.

"You little son of a bitch!" Tam's Spanish voice hissed. "I said get back!!! I'll beat you up too if I have to!! I'm finishing this one!!!"

Dizzy meekly grabbed Jake's arm. "Please stay down . . . she will kill you . . ."

jake turned toward dizzy with a smile on his face. " i'm oddly fine with that if it's by her hand i have no problem with dying, but theres one thing i have to do before she does that." jake grabbed tam and hugged her, whispering into her ear." i know this sorta thing is uncomfortable for you, but i won't be backing down so if you want to kill me then i think i should place my heart as close as i can to you."
